CV

Ingeborg Stana is a contemporary Norwegian artist and a Professor in Visual Arts at OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University. Stana works mainly with painting, printmaking and short film. She graduated from The National Collage of Arts, Oslo, in 1997. Ingeborg Stana has also studied art and restoration in Florence, Italy. Ingeborg Stana has produced solo exhibitions in Norway, Sweden and France. In addition, Ingeborg Stana has participated in a number of exhibitions and festivals in Europe, the USA, China, Japan and Russia. Her works have been acquired by both private and public art collections. In her professorship she is working across varied media, while fundamentally focusing upon the attributes embedded in creativity, drawing and painting practices.
